RESCHEDULE:
Must provide a notice before 2pm a day before your appointment to have avoid surcharges. Rescheduling after 2pm a day before will cause your deposit to be non-refundable.
Rescheduling 2 hours before the arrival time cause a 30% Rescheduling fee from the subtotal and non-refundable deposit.
CANCELATION:
Must provide a notice before 2pm a day before your appointment to have avoid surcharges. Cancelations after 2pm a day before will cause your deposit to be non-refundable.
Cancelation 2 hours before the arrival time cause a 30% cancelation fee from the subtotal and non-refundable deposit.
CHANGE SERVICE TYPE:
You can not change a flat rate to a hourly or hourly to a flat rate if the team has started.
DEPOSIT:
We require a $65 deposit for services under $200. Services above $200 we require a 30% deposit to reserve.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be done by card or by cash. We do not accept checks.
